There's nothing a can of paint and a good cleaning cant spruce up, and nothing a group of Cordova Volunteers cant accomplish.
Our Public Safety Building that houses Police, Dispatch, Fire, EMS, and the Troopers needs some love! But our City is tight on funds, and short on staff for such projects. We are looking for volunteers to help with some things. While the junk cars are soon headed to a new home, the posts are crumbling, the paint is peeling, and the algae is growing!
Come lend a hand to do some interior painting, window washing, pressure washing, etc. We hope to repaint the interior to look fresh and clean, replace the cosmetic fronts of the posts out front, (with some donations for wood, tin, etc), and whatever else we can accomplish on this day.
